I’ve just found time to write. There are several of us here together. We are waiting until things die down before we go anywhere. Jesus…He’s dead. I still cannot believe what has happened in only 48 hours. Judas, he was with a group of soldiers and he led them straight to Jesus. Judas! They took him…like a common criminal. They led him through some mock trial and even convinced Pilate to go along with them! They killed him. On a Cross of all places! He didn’t deserve that. No one deserves that. No one!
I didn’t do anything to help. I ran. We all did. Everything he did…everything he said…what was it all for? He was the messiah…I believed that! How did it all turn so quickly? God forgive us.
Sabbath is almost over…I’m writing…I don’t care anymore. There are no more words to say. There is no more hope to give. Only darkness.
