Scott Allen New Podcast Series
Every once in a while I get a question about something that I mentioned in the sermon the previous Sunday. I enjoy it when that happens, primarily because as a preacher, I continue to tell myself that people are just as interested in what I’m thinking about as I am. Whether or not that is true, I always enjoy the opportunity to better unpack these ideas in community. Unfortunately, I do not get as many questions about my sermons as I would like, but I still want to unpack them. So, instead of staring at you in awkward and uncomfortable ways after the Sunday Worship service in hopes that you’ll ask me some deeper questions, I thought I’d go ahead and have the conversation anyway.
Beginning today, we will be testing out a new post Sermon Podcast that better unpacks the topic of the week. If you know me, you’ll know that this will not be a lecture, nor will it be another sermon. Instead, it will be a thoughtful, fun and interesting conversation with different people who have different perspectives. Hopefully, you will be blessed and encouraged as you listen.
We will try a few test runs and will ask for your feedback. If it becomes something that blesses others, then we’ll begin to make it a weekly event. For now, click below to listen or to download to your computer or mobile device.
