Ross RodgersWorship Minister
Ross’s goal is for the congregation to worship without fear and to live a life of true worship. Worship is not what is done on Sunday, but how our lives are lived.
While attending Lubbock Christian University, Ross led worship for the Church of Christ in Brownfield, TX until he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible in 2006. He then moved to Amarillo, where he was an active member of the praise team at Central Church of Christ. After relocating to the DFW area, Ross became the Worship Minister for the Shawnee Trail Church of Christ in Frisco, until he began serving the Grapevine Church of Christ in October 2011. In this capacity, Ross coordinates worship services and special events, teaches new songs, sings with the children at Grapevine Christian School, and designs church media for services, classes and special events. Outside of the church service, he enjoys listening to music, playing guitar and singing/writing songs, and spending time with his family.
Ross met his wife Micaela while attending Lubbock Christian University, and they have been married since 2004. They have two children: Brooks and Emerson.
